MARK YOUR CALENDARS FOR SOME AMAZING WORKSHOPS!!

Join Megan for another rousing KUNDALINI Workshop, Saturday September 20th, from 10 am to 11:30 am!
Kundalini is considered the Raja, or King, of Yogas. We will work on opening the energetic centers of the body through repetitive movements, called *Kriyas*, and unique breath-control. Kundalini is WILD and FUN!!

Rene' is now a ZUMBA TEACHER!!! Come join her for an introduction to this free-spirited form of exercise on Saturday September 27th from 10 am to 11 am. Expect to have fun and laugh at this Introduction to ZUMBA Workshop!

We've had SO many requests, and it's baaack! CORE WORKSHOP!! Join Megan, Saturday October 18th from 10 am to 11:30 am. The core can be a difficult area to navigate, but Megan will teach you how to strengthen the core, SAFELY. We'll also work on flexibility and honoring the sacred chakras housed there. Be prepared to be in awe of your belly!

AS ALWAYS, ALL WORKSHOPS ARE DONATION ONLY!!!

Kids Yoga is canceled for Tuesday, August 26th.

Workshop and Cancelations

Our 4th annual (semi-annual?) 108 Sun Salutes was a rousing success! We finished in a record time of a little over an hour, and enjoyed good food and company. Thank you to all who attended, and to Rene, Kevin, Sallie and Megan for teaching!

Be sure to mark your calendar for a Introduction to Zumba Workshop on Saturday September 27th from 10am to 11am. Rene Harden has just completed a teacher training in Zumba and is bringing it to us!

We will be closed for Labor Day weekend from August 29th through September 1st. Enjoy the last weekend of summer....wow it went fast..

Kids Yoga class is canceled for Tuesday, August 26th.
